This Privacy Policy explains how Incisive Dental Purchasing, LLC ("Incisive," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit joinincisive.com, request a demo, or use the Incisive customer portal (collectively, the "Service"). It also explains your choices, including around SMS text messaging.

• Information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, practice name and details, and any other information you submit through contact forms, demo requests, or portal registration.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, session activity, and similar usage data, collected through our analytics and security tools.
• Information from third parties: data received from our CRM and integration partners (including Salesforce), where you or your organization have provided it to us through those channels.

Unless we say otherwise, providing this information is voluntary, but some data is required for us to provide the Service (for example, we can't set up portal access without an email address).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to inquiries and schedule demos;
• create and support your portal account, including case status, hold-reason alerts, and billing communications;
• improve and secure the Service;
• send you service and account communications (including by SMS, where you've opted in — see Section 4);
• send marketing communications where permitted or where you've consented; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for purposes that are incompatible with those listed here without asking for your consent first.

4. SMS / text messaging communications

If you opt in, Incisive may send you SMS text messages related to your account — including case status and hold-reason alerts, portal access reminders, and billing notifications.

• Consent is separate. SMS consent is collected through its own opt-in, distinct from email marketing consent, and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.

• Data handling: text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and messaging providers who deliver the service on our behalf.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under applicable state privacy laws.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under contracts that limit their use of your data to the purposes we specify, and — where legally required — with regulators, courts, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage your account, and meet our legal and business obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Your privacy rights

If you are in the European Union or UK, we process your data under the GDPR on the basis of your consent, our contract with you, our legitimate interests, or a legal obligation, and you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data; withdraw consent; object to processing (including for direct marketing, at any time and free of charge); and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
