Open system
Keep the labs you love.
Practices are free to work with labs outside the Incisive program, even using the equipment we provide. We don't lock you in. Quality work is quality work.
The commitment
A simple quarterly minimum.
Practices commit to a quarterly minimum lab spend so we can stabilize month-over-month volume across the network. Volume to any lab counts, including PVS impressions and scans from equipment we didn't provide. It all counts.
Practices can join with an average lab spend of as little as $2,000 per month, a threshold most growing restorative practices already meet across their current labs.
And the minimum is based on total lab spend, crown and bridge, ortho, full arch, veneers, zirconia, night guards, dentures. A practice that doesn't do enough full-arch cases to justify an ICAM can absolutely make up the commitment with everyday restorative and appliance work.
