Begin by signing up with Incisive to create your account and select which (no cost) scanner you want to receive. Fill out our technical preferences form to help us and our lab partners meet your expectations.
Order Placed
Incisive orders your scanner directly from 3Shape. We receive your scanner/laptop combo and do a review to ensure its ready to go.
Meet With A Lab Expert
Meet with someone on our team who can walk you through the different labs and help you align on which we think fits your practice.
Receive Your Scanner
Typically 10 business days later your scanner will arrive! Schedule an unboxing support call to walk you through the basic set up and training to teach you and your staff all the workflows and innovative features.
Go to Work!
Submit cases and try the different labs. We’ve recommended labs based on your intake call but explore and dial in labs that work for you!
