Your commitment is a simple quarterly minimum on lab spend with our curated labs. If you don't hit the minimum in a given quarter, the difference is invoiced as a true-up. Straightforward and fair.

If you fall short of the minimum in a quarter, you pay the difference. Straightforward true-up with simple terms.
Commitment by equipment.
Your quarterly minimum commitment is set by the equipment placed in your practice. Minimums are measured quarterly so natural month-to-month volatility evens out. If you fall short, the true-up is only 35% of the shortfall (a $1,000 shortfall is $350, not a full make-whole charge).

Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
Equipment installation, calibration, and initial team training are included. You can get started without an upfront payment.
What happens if I don't meet the quarterly minimum?
We invoice the difference as a true-up at the end of the quarter. Only the difference is invoiced, on fair terms.
Which labs can I work with?
Incisive maintains curated labs across every dental specialty. Your quarterly minimum is fulfilled through spend with our curated labs.
Are there fees for re-makes or rush cases?
Re-makes are covered as part of your partnership. Rush cases are handled through our standard support channels at the same rate as standard cases.
Does the equipment belong to me?
The equipment is placed at no cost for the duration of your active partnership. Warranty, service, and replacement tips are covered by Incisive.
Minimums shown are starting rates and are subject to qualification. Final terms are set at account setup based on practice volume and equipment selection.
